Selecting appropriate tires for your tandem axle travel trailer starts with confirming the trailer's gross vehicle weight rating (gvwr) which is the most it can weigh when fully loaded. Since the trailer has four tires you will want to select tires in your size ST185/80-13 that gives you a safety margin, in other words tires that can handle more weight than they actually need to.
This will ensure that the tires do not suffer from the excess heat that can develop when a tire is operated very near to its limits.
I suggest the Kenda Loadstar bias ply tire # AM1ST79 (the one you referenced in your question) since each one can handle 1710-lbs. Four of these tires will have a combined load capacity of 6840-lbs, well above your trailer's specified 5300-lb weight. This tire also has a high speed rating of 81-mph which makes it great for highway driving.
For the best performance and longest life from your new tires always keep them inflated to their maximum COLD tire pressure of 65-psi, operate them within their speed rating and within their weight capacity.
The other thing you can do to protect your tire investment is to use storage covers to block the damaging effects of UV radiation. Two sets of Adco covers # 290-3954 will provide inexpensive protection for your Kenda tires.
