Kayak Carrier for 2 Kayaks and a 2012 Toyota RAV4
Question:
Looking to put 2 native ultimate 12 kayaks on roof of 2012 Toyota RAV4. Is it possible? I was told j racks can’t hold these kayaks. Thanks

Some but not all J-Style kayak carriers have length restrictions. I did not see anything unusual about your Native Ultimate kayaks that would prevent them from being loaded on J-Style carriers.
What I recommend is the Yakima JayLow # Y04073 which can handle 2 kayaks with a combined weight of up to 110 pounds (please note the factory roof rack on your RAV4 is limited to 102.6 pounds). I have linked a video review of this carrier for you. Having one carrier for both kayaks will save you some money and space on your roof rack.
