Does anyone know the lengths of the Mains Cable and the Charge Cable on the CTEK MUS 5.0 Batter Charger?

Yes, the battery cable length for both cables on the CTEK Battery-Health Indicator Cable w/ Panel Box # CTEK56380 is 5'. If you check out the linked installation video for the 2007 Ford Mustang you can see that they are connected together to make them easier to run to the battery.
If you don't already have the charger end of it I recommend part # CTEK56353.
