How to Wire 2 New Batteries to a 1993 Holiday Rambler 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
1993 holiday rambler 5th wheel I have 2 batteries I want to hook up how would I do this? I just got them and dont want to ruin them. Thank you

It depends on how you want to connect the batteries; in series or in parallel. Batteries that are wired in series will double the output voltage and keeps capacity the same. So for example if you are using 2 identical 12 volt batteries connected in series the output voltage would be 24 volts and the amp hour rating would be whatever it says on one of the batteries.
If the same 2 batteries were connected in parallel they would be putting out 12 volts but the capacity would be doubled.
I have included a picture that shows how each method is wired. You would just need to install the batteries in the manner the trailer requires.
