Can you install Rail kit on top of a bedbug?

You will need to either remove the BedRug liner or cut it to install a rail kit like part # RP50142-58 on your 2018 Ram 1500. You can cut your BedRug with a utility knife or a rotary tool if you choose to go this route.
The only kind of bed liner that you wouldn't need to remove or modify for the installation is a spray-in bed liner.
