hi need help to convert the red to orange/yellow. how to do my best regards

The Reese Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # 118158 that you referenced takes in combined stop/turn light signals and outputs separate stop and turn signals. On the input side the green wire delivers combined right-hand stop/turn signals and the yellow wire does the same for the left-hand side.
On the output side of this device the turn signals remain on the green and yellow wires but the stop light signal will be carried on the red wire.
If you need a converter that does the opposite, meaning it takes in separate signals and combines them on the output side, then the part you need is Roadmaster Brite-Lite Wiring Converter # RM-732.
