The Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 16,000 lbs # RP61412 will work with your Demco Hijacker Premier Series Double Pivot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6076P-21K. You will also want the custom wedge for that application # SWW-05.
