Unless the Airaid Jr. Upgrade Kit # AR201-711 is the direct result of damage to your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 it will not void the warranty.
Your vehicle actually is protected under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The Act states that if something breaks on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless whatever modifications you have added to your vehicle actually caused the problem in question. You may want to put the stock air filter back on if you ever go in for warranty work on the motor (as long as it wasn't the result of the kit) just to keep from having an additional headache with the manufacturer.
