Longer Version of the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Down
Question:
I just received this strap, and as I suspected it is not long enough to wrap through the front wheel and around the frame as shown in the video/photos. My bike is not a road bike, but a Trek Dual Sport, so has a slightly different frame set up than a standard road bike. The attached photo is my bike from the Trek website, I think you can see the issue. Do you carry a longer strap for bikes like these?

Expert Reply:
We do have longer straps available like part # HRSPRVEL which measures 16-3/8" long but we have not specifically tested this on a Trek Dual Sport so you will need to compare this to part # SR54FR which measures 12" long to see if it would work for you. If not, you can always combine two of the part # SR54FR to give you the length you need.
