Will Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket Fit Factory Crossbars on 2005 Toyota Sienna

Question:

Can i use this cargo basket straight out of the box with the oem roof bars I have on my 2005 Sienna? Or do i have to purchase a roof bar for it to fit? Please see pictures attached. Thanks

The Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket # TH859XT-8591XT referenced in your question is designed to fit factory crossbars like what you have on your 2005 Toyota Sienna. This basket will mount to the crossbars on your Sienna without issue and you won't need any additional parts to do this. It works with a crossbar spread (distance between front and rear crossbars, on center) of 20 to 37 inches without the extension or 20 to 57 inches when using the extension. It looks like the crossbars on your vehicle can slide along the length of the side rails, so moving them in order to get them to the needed spread won't be an issue.
