Question:
Hi I have an 08 Acura MDX. I am considering getting these license plate reverse sensors. Do you have installation instructions? How do I get it to work when the car goes into reverse. Thank you.

The Hopkins Backup Sensor System, # HM60100VA, does come with detailed installation instructions. The unit actually gets wired to a reverse light wire behind one of the tail lights on the vehicle. When you put the vehicle in reverse it will activate the system. Once you take the vehicle out of reverse, the system shuts off.
