Question:
whats the torque value of the four nuts thats holding the brake assembly on to the axle flange on a 3500 lb axle? didnt see or hear that mentioned in the video.

45 to 50 lbs is the recommended torque rating for the 4 bolts that hold 10 inch brake assemblies to a trailer like the part # AKEBRK-35R-SA that you referenced.
