Could Curt Bike Rack part # C18065 Clear Rear Spare of 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited

I have a class II 2foot hitch, can this rack still be used while keeping the extra tire on the back of a wrangler?

The distance from the pin hole to the back of the upright mast of the Curt bike rack part # C18065 is 10 inches. If the pin hole on your hitch measures less than that to the outside of the rear spare this rack would clear it without issue.
