Will I need to drill a hole in the frame above the rear axle on my 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to install this or is there a hole already there?

You will NOT have to drill to install the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TGMFK10R in your 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac.
As you can see by the linked installation instructions you only need to remove your Explorer's existing bump stop and mount the Timbrens with the hardware that comes with the kit.
