Is Grinding Parts Needed to Install Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System
Question:
Some reviews have to grind new parts, why?

I took a look at the reviews and two of them mentioned having to do some grinding to install the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S05. One of those was some five years ago with regard to flat plates and a design change by Timbren shortly thereafter made it so that would not be necessary. The other was in regard to tubing that required some modification.
In general these are relatively simple assemblies that will only require a crossmember above the area where you want to install the Timbrens. If you don't have a crossmember, that would be the only reason some modification to your trailer would need to be made.
