I was not able to find confirmed dimensions for the seal part 16192TC but we do have many grease seals and it is possible to find a replacement based on the dimensions.

The seal inner diameter corresponds to the diameter of the spindle; the outer diameter corresponds to the inner bore of the hub assembly where the seal is installed. If you have or can borrow a precision caliper, you can take these spindle and hub bore measurements. You'll need to measure to the nearest thousandth of an inch, such as 1.234-inches. Please refer to the linked photo for help on where to measure the spindle.

Then simply search our site using those dimensions. I linked a help article and a page for all grease seals we offer where you can click on the required inner and outer diameters. The seal that you referenced, part # 34823, has an I.D. of 1.249-inches and an O.D. of 1.983-inches.
