Will the Curt Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Plate Fit a 2008 Ford F-450?

I am wanting to put this in my 2008 ford F450 I have a fifth wheel plate in it already with the rails it seems to measure up right, but is there anything specific I should check to make sure. I appreciate your help

In order to determine if the Curt Gooseneck Plate, # 16055, will fit your 5th wheel rails, you will need to take some measurements. This plate fits in Reese rails. Reese rails have 3 sets of mounting holes on the tops of each rail. This plate would use the slots that are the closest to together at 10 inches apart on center and 21-13/16 inches on center front to back.

If your 5th wheel rails match the dimensions described above, then the plate will fit. It has a capacity of 25,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 6,250 pounds pin weight. However, if your truck is rated lower, you must go by the lower rating.
