The correct airbag kit you need for your 2018 Ford F-250 in order to use a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57391 for 2WD models or part # AL57399 for 4WD models. This will be the only option we have for you to install airbags on your truck with a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch installed. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2597 that you referenced will not fit as they are designed for a 2011 - 2016 Ford F-250.
If you would like to add an air compressor to these airbags then I recommend the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System part # AL25856.
