Should I be Able to Move a Sidewinder Pin Box by Hand

Question:

I installed my sidewinder on my camper,the turret seems to be very tight. Should I be able to rotate the sidewinder by hand ?

No, you should not be able to move the Sidewinder arm by hand such as with Sidewinder # ST400-5AS16K. If you could move it by hand then that would indicate something is amiss with the Sidewinder. The fact that you can't move yours by hand means that it is in good working order!
