In order to use a charger like the CTEK MULTI US 12V Battery Charger # CTEK56353 for your two 6V batteries that are wired in series, you will essentially treat the two batteries as if they are one 12V unit. The charger/tender will connect to the positive terminal on the lead battery and to the negative terminal on the second battery.
This particular battery charger features various modes/stages, including a pulse-maintenance stage that begins after 10 days of float maintenance. During this stage the charger can maintain the battery at the optimum charge level for months at a time.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this charger that you can also check out.
