Recommended Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997
Question:
Hello I want to place this on the outside of my fifth wheel. Is it weatherproof? What adapter do I use as the input port is set up for a Furrion plug. I can send phots if you need Thanks

The Performance Tool 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 is weatherproof and designed to be installed on the outside of a trailer. I've attached a video to assist with the install.
Furrion doesn't have a plug compatible with their solar inlet available outside of their own large kits, so I recommend bypassing the Solar inlet. You can use a different style plug or simply drill a hole for the wiring and use a silicone sealant. If you have the Solar port from the manufacturer like # FSPINS-PS, I'd drill into that instead of your RV to run the wire.
