We only have the rear set of wheel well guards for your 2016 GMC Canyon part # HL79021 that you referenced. The good news though is that you do not have to drill to install these. I attached a link to the install instructions for you to check out as well.

I have hard mud flaps on the rear and front wheel wells. Will the rear wheel well guards affect them? Do any of the attachment points screws be used or replaced by the guards?

When installing Wheel Well Guards like the Husky Liners Custom Rear Wheel Well Guards - 1 Pair # HL79021, you will need to remove the current mud flaps and reinstall them after adding the guards. Most of the time some drilling into the new guards will be required for remounting the mud flaps unless the mud flaps only install where the factory rock guard installs. See the attached installation instructions to assist.
