Replacement rear ladders for RVs are universal fits and I recommend checking out the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder # LA-401 which is also available in Black at part # LA-401BA.
These ladders are 99-1/2" tall x 12" wide but to get the proper length for your 2001 Monaco Diplomat you will need to trim the bottom of the ladder with a hacksaw or tube cutter. This ladder has a pivoting mounting bracket at the top that will secure it to the roof of your motorhome.
