Will the Tow Ready Custom Wiring Work on a 2010 Ford Focus Without Overloading Tail Light Circuits

Question:

Tail lamps with 2ea bikes loaded on hitch mounted bike carrier very poor on my 2010 Ford Focus. Got a WARNING from police. A friend offered to loan a set of LED tow lights. Will I overload the circuit for my tail/ brake lamps if I use them? Would I need a heavy duty turn signal flasher? Thank you for your time

The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 118457 that you referenced would work on your 2010 Ford Focus without overloading the tail light circuitry. Check out the product reviews for this product, there are a number of people who have used this product on Ford Focuses and had it work very well for them.

LED lights draw a very minimal amount of amperage when compared to incandescent bulbs, and since the towing lights you would be using are LED you would definitely not have to worry about your tail light system being overloaded.

I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also.
