Yes, most of the Thule and Yakima cargo boxes will work with the factory crossbars on your 2011 Lexus RX350. The main feature you will need to look at is crossbar spread but most boxes are adjustable and most crossbars can also be adjusted so it is not as big of a deal as it used to be when the adjustability feature was not present. You may also want to keep in mind hatch clearance. If you measure from the center of the front crossbar to the point when the hatch and roofline meet, you can determine if the hatch will open with the info on the product page.

I have attached a list of our selection of cargo boxes for you. If you would like a Thule option I recommend the Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box part # TH6358B which offers 18 cu ft of storage space and is around 82-3/4" long x 33-3/4" wide x 17-1/4" tall. It will require 51-1/8" of space for hatch clearance and works with a crossbar spread of 23-5/8" - 25-1/2". If you would like a Yakima option, I recommend the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box part # Y95AV which offers 16 cu ft of storage space and is around 75-1/2" long x 35" wide x 16" tall. It will require 47" of space for hatch clearance and works with a crossbar spread of 24" - 36".
