Replacement Arms for Roadmaster Base Plate Kits
Question:
I just purchased a 2013 Honda CR-V. The vehicle already has a Roadmaster base plate kit installed on the vehicle but I dont have the arms to attach to the base plate. I looked at the form that needs to be filled out and the sticker with the model number and date code is unreadable on the base plate. The receiver part is round and has a 1.25 diameter internal diameter and I need the arms that are designed with the RM-521567-4 EZ-4 setup because I have the cross bar and Roadmaster Sterling tow bar already. Can you help me with ordering these arms? Thank you for your time.

If your 2013 Honda CR-V has the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-521567-4, you simply need to write in "521567-4" as the model number.
It sounds like you have all the rest of the needed information on the form you need to fill out on the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits # RM-ARMS product page. If so, you can attempt to order them without the date code; just be certain all the other information is correct and you note that the date code was not visible. You can also contact Roadmaster beforehand to see if they will be able to get you replacement arms based on the info you have.
