I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Aussie Folding Counter Height Bar Stool # 277-000203 referenced in your question. From the top of the seat to the top of the foot rest/bar, there is a distance of right at 19 inches. The chair has an overall height of 29 inches from the ground to the seat cushion.
