The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30051 is compatible with your 2017 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab as long as you don't have the 5-1/2 foot bed. The slider hitch won't slide enough for the clearance needed for that short a bed so a Sidewinder Pin box is needed to give you the clearance needed. If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you will be able to use that hitch.

If you don't already have the base rails for this hitch, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50064-58 or the longer 48 inch rails and easier to install outboard brackets # RP56007-53. Both of these kits have the custom brackets that require no drilling into your truck frame. You may also be interested in a wiring harness like # 50-97-410 to give you a second 7-way in the bed of your truck for easy connection and access.
