Question:
I CAN NOT FIND A BREAK DOWN OF PARTS OR A SCHEMATIC OF THE 7000# JACK.I TOOK IT APART TO FIX, AND CANT REMEMBER WHERE THE WASHER GOES.I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE. DID NOT I WOULD BE SO LONG FOR PARTS.O WELL. THANKS

While we don't have a complete parts diagram for your Square Direct Weld Jack # TJD-7000S available, we do have a thorough installation video for rebuilding the jack that you can use for reference. I have attached the video to this answer page. This will show you exactly where all the inner components install, including the washer that you mentioned.
