How to install the grab rail to an aluminum frame door? The trailer is a 2018 Passport ML153.

You can use the included screws to mount Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle # AM-200 to the aluminum mounting surface. Or, if the aluminum surface is thin or otherwise not strong enough by itself for just 4 screws then you can use bolts and nuts obtained locally along with a backing plate to secure the handle.

You would put the bolts through the mounting holes, through the aluminum surface, and through the backing plates and then thread on and tighten the nuts. The backing plates will disperse the force applied to the handle over a larger area than the mounting hardware alone.

You will want the backing plates to be aluminum though to avoid galvanic corrosion from dissimilar metals touching. You will need 2 square pieces of aluminum about 1/8 of an inch thick.
