Cutting Off the Swagman Locking Anti-Rattle Threaded Hitch Pin

So rattle hitch bolt has to be cut off some way to replace with new one of course I lost my key

If you lost your key to the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029 you will need to use some bolt cutters and cut off the locking portion to access the threaded part of the bolt.
