Do Replacement Fan-Tastic Vent Remotes Require Programming

Question:

Id like to have my RV vent open during the summer in Texas during the day when its being stored next to my house. Of course, if it rains, I know it will shut automatically but it would be nice to be able to close it ahead of time with a remote when I know storms are coming. Id like to keep a remote in the house and one in the RV but wasnt sure if pairing a 2nd remote would over-write the first one. Would it be possible to do that or perhaps buy two remotes that are on the same frequency so that I can control it this way? Thanks

All of the Fan-Tastic roof vent remotes like the part # FV9068-09 operate on the same signal. If you had two remotes they'd both operate the fan assembly without any programming. The range of these typically isn't the best so if you were far away from the RV outside it may not reach to close or open the lid.
