Sway Bar Recommendation for 2016 Thor Four Winds 22B Motorhome to Fight Sway
Question:
I am trying to figure out which SumoSprings to get. I have a 2016 Thor Four Winds 22B Class C motorhome that is 24 feet long. It is on a Ford E450 chassis with a GVWR of 14,500 lbs. The actual weight on the front axle is app. 4000 lbs., the actual weight on the rear axle is app. 7700 lbs. The motorhome does not sage, so I am mainly interested in controlling sway. There seems to be several choices of SumoSprings to choose from. Please help in deciding which front and rear set would work best?

If sway is your main concern then the best option for eliminating that is to go with an aftermarket rear sway bar. For that you'd want the part # RM-1139-147. Then the next line of defense will be a front sway bar like the part # RM-1139-176. These two sway bars will do a much better job fighting sway than any other product on the market.
