Do Lower Mounting Holes of the Equal-i-Zer Shank # EQ90-02-4400 Affect Capacity

does it matter which holes you use or with it adjusted to max will it still work for 1000lb tongue weight

You can use any of the adjustment holes on the shank of the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4400 and the capacity would not be diminished. All of them have the same weight rating.
