Trailer Hub/Drum Recommendation to Replace 5,200 lb Dexter Idler Hub

Question:

I bought a Load Trail SB8314051 with a 5200 Dexter axle with idler hubs. My axle has backing plates for brakes and I have Dexter 12inch brake assemblies for the axle. Is there a drum assembly that I can buy that will use my existing bearings and seals. It has 6 on 5.5 bolt wheels

The Dexter Hub Drum part # 8-201-5 that you referenced will replace the 5,200 lb idler hub you have and would work well for adding brakes to your trailer using the assemblies you already have.
