If I purchase #C16546, what plates and rails do I need for installation in my 2007 Chev Silvarado 2500 diesel PU? I would rather have plate to fit my truck than a universal.

Curt offers a Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, part # C16418-104.
The kit includes the custom brackets that attach to the truck frame, as well as the rails that attach the hitch to the truck bed. All necessary installation hardware is also included.
