have 1993 ranger trailer with aluminum wheels and the hole is 3.160 what hub cover should i use thanks

The closest fit we'll have is the Trailer Wheel Center Cap # 319EZ that you referenced. It is for pilot holes that are 3.19 inch which is .03 of an inch larger than what you measures. Most likely this is the exact size you need but you might remeasure just to be sure.
