Recommended Trunk Mount Bike Rack for 2014 Toyota RAV4 and 2013 Honda CR-V

I do have a great option for you, however the SportRack 3 Bike Rack model SR3141 referenced in your question is not confirmed to fit either the 2014 Toyota RAV4 or the 2013 Honda CRV. This particular carrier isn't designed to fit around a rear spoiler like what is on the RAV4 and it may have trouble securing properly to the attachment points on the Honda CR-V.

For a trunk-mount rack that is confirmed to fit both of these vehicles, I instead recommend the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack # HRF2-3. This carrier is specifically designed for vehicles like these with a rear spoiler and hatch. It uses a high-rise frame and multiple strap mounting options to prevent damage to the spoiler. It can handle 3 bikes of up to 35 pounds each.
