To determine whether or not the Swagman Trailhead # S63360 will fit your 2016 Jeep Renegade you simply need to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of your bumper. If that is less than 11" (which it should be) then this will fit perfectly!
When we installed the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76021 on a similar 2016 Jeep Renegade we found the distance to the edge of the bumper to be 7". Although this will vary between trailer hitch manufacturers I doubt any others will have a measurement that is much different.
Please note that this bike rack doesn't come with locks. If you would like to add some security for both the rack and your bikes you just need the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable # S64031.
You may also be interested in the Softride Soft Hook-and-Loop Tie Downs # SR54FR to help keep your front tire from potentially damaging another bike or making contact with your vehicle. If any of your bikes have an alternative frame that doesn't have a horizontal cross tube like a traditional men's bike then an adapter bar like part # 64005 is recommended. This will help keep your bike level and increase ground clearance.
