You would be able to install a fifth-wheel hitch on your 2011 Ford F-150, but because the truck has a 5-1/2 foot bed, you would also need to install a Sidewinder king pin box on your trailer.
I would recommend the Reese 20k fifth-wheel # RP30928. To use this hitch, you will first need to install Reese custom installation kit # RP50081-58. I am including links to the instructions for both for you to review.
The sidewinder pin boxes are matched to the manufacturer and model of the current trailer pin box. I would be glad to recommend the appropriate Sidewinder if you could provide this information. You can view all the Sidewinder pin boxes we offer at the included link, as well as a link some additional information on fifth-wheel towing.
I would also recommend some Reese fifth-wheel pull pin lock plates, # RP58093 and Master Lock padlock # ML1KA to secure the hitch to the bed rails.
