Will Yakima Skybox NX 16 Fit 2006 Toyota Highlander Limited
Question:
Just want to confirm that this box will fit my Highlander Limited 2006 with the factory installed bars, clearing the rear hatch so that I can open the door completely. Thanks.

I checked with Yakima and the SkyBox NX 16 part # Y95AV that you referenced is a confirmed fit for the factory crossbars of your 2006 Toyota Highlander.
You can double check for hatch compatibility by taking a measurement on your vehicle. If the bars are adjustable, move them as far forward as they will go. Then, measure from the center of the front bar to the line where the rear hatch meets the roof. This is your front clearance. For the Skybox 16 to allow the hatch to open, this distance must be at least 47 inches.
