The MagnaFlow Filter-Back system part # MF17972 is a confirmed fit for your 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 quad cab, long bed with a Cummins diesel. This is a muffler delete setup though so it will be pretty loud. For a system that has a muffler you'd want the part # MF17003 instead.
