Pins Needed to Install SnowBear Plow on Custom Mounting Bracket Kit # SB397-012 for a 2005 Silverado
Question:
If I purchase the # SB397-012. For the truck side I dont need the cross member # SB324-060 with the sb397-012. The plow has the end with two posts. And does this come with the pins for attaching the plow.

I spoke with my contact at SnowBear who said if you don't already have the 5XM5 Universal Cross Member # SB324-060 then you would need it in addition to the Custom Mounting Bracket Kit # SB397-012. If you already do have the 5XM5 (which it sounds like you do) then you need to get 3/16" pins with retaining clips as the 5XM5 comes with replacement pins while the mounting bracket kit only comes with hardware for installing the brackets.
