Hello eTrailer, Can you please tell me the difference between The Fulton Spare Tire Carrier #TC1000301 and Fulton Spare Tire Carrier #TC1000101? Im not sure which one to buy. Thank you,

We carry the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 which is similar to the other one you mentioned except it mainly differs with the amount of install holes. Aside from that the mounting surface where the wheel mounts has the same bolt pattern.
