Will Swagman Chinook Interfere with Vehicle Backup Camera

Would this bike rack interfere when installed on a Outback with Eyesight tech and/or the back up camera?

Bike racks mounted on the rear of a vehicle like with the Swagman Chinook part # S64683 are going to at least partially block the view as you back up. But when this rack isn't in use you could fold down the upright mast. When bikes are loaded it really will depend on the style of them but for the most part you'd have a pretty good idea what's behind the rack. You might have a clear short right down the middle of the bike frames.

If you need a hitch on your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon the Draw Tite part # 76227 would be a great option. This is confirmed as a fit for your vehicle and unlike the Curt equivalent it does not require the use of a stabilizer strap.
