Troubleshooting Bargman 94 Series Taillights that Don't Get Bright When Headlights are On
Question:
i have a 96 salem cobra trailer, i have replaced the taillights w/series 94 lights. during the day they work fine, however at night the blinker is so dim you cant see it. i upgrade my tahoe to a heavy duty flasher but no change.

Sounds like when your headlights are on and the maximum amount of amperage draw is put on your vehicle wiring there just isn't enough power left over to illuminate the brighter illumination of the blinker circuit or the ground just isn't strong enough. Try improving how the light grounds by running a jumper ground strap from the assembly to the main ground of the trailer.
If that doesn't work then we have the option to convert your taillights to LED with the part # P241156R-360. LED lights draw a fraction of what incandescent bulbs do so this is a great option.
