In order to determine which rail kit you need for your 2014 Ford F-250/F-350, we would need to know how the hitch mounts. There are two different types of mounting brackets, under bed and above bed. If you could send me a photo of the hitch or find a part number for it then I would be able to confirm how it mounts.
However, the vast majority of Reese 5th wheel hitches will install using industry standard above bed rails therefore the correct kit for you is more than likely the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit part # RP50026-58. This is a custom kit that will not require any drilling into the frame rail. If your truck has the factory prep package then you will want to use the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter part # RP30156 instead.
I have attached an install video of both the rail kit and adapter for you as well. Please keep in mind that if you have a bed shorter than 8' long then the 5th wheel hitch will need to have a slider feature.
