Load Range D Trailer Wheel and Tire Recommendation for Size 205/75-14
Question:
I have 205/75r14 load C tires and want to upgrade to load D. My steel spoke wheels say 1870 lbs.max. Can I use these wheels for the D rated tires and inflate to 65 psi if I upgrade the valve stems?

Your best option will be a wheel and tire combo with the tire size and Load Range D you want like the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" White Wheel # AM32161. This wheel and tire combo has a capacity of 2,200 lbs at 75 psi and a speed rating of 81 MPH so it would be a great option.
