In order to use the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar part # BX7420 with a Roadmaster EZ4/EZ5 Base Plate Kit that you have on your 2004 Jeep Wrangler you are going to want to use the RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter part # RM-033 with the Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnect Kit part # RM-201.
The Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter part # RM-032 that you referenced is not a fit for the Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar.
