I do have a solution for you to have a 4-bike swing-away bike rack but unfortunately the RockyMounts BackStage # RKY10002 does not have an add-on.

Instead you can use the RockyMounts SplitRail # RKY11404-4 with the Yakima BackSwing # Y02483. The SplitRail weighs 76 lbs and can hold up to 4 bikes that weigh a max of 40 lbs. It does have removable trays which when 2 of them are removed the weight capacity is increased to 60 lbs per bike.

The BackSwing has a weight capacity of 250 lbs which can accommodate the SplitRail when it is fully loaded. The BackSwing itself weighs 35 lbs and can only be used in Class III 2" trailer hitches.

With everything loaded to max capacity you would be looking at a tongue weight of 271 lbs so you do want to make sure that your trailer hitch and your vehicle can handle all of that weight.
